to get an example of YouTube's values all you need to do is look at some of the big name channels like Jacksepticeye, PewDiePie and DanTDM.
Mission statement:

Netflix
"Our core strategy is to grow our streaming subscription business domestically and globally. We are continuously improving the customer experience, with a focus on expanding our streaming content, enhancing our user interface and extending our streaming service to even more Internet-connected devices, while staying within the parameters of our consolidated net income and operating segment contribution profit targets."

“To capture and share the world’s moments”

I think I most align with YouTube, as I like the fact of sharing moments that can’t be explained in a photo with the world if the moment is worthy. I like the way that the word Tube is in the box that you click on to play a video on the website.
Logo deconstruction

DESIGN ELEMENTS OF THE YOUTUBE LOGO
The YouTube logo is immensely popular on the Internet and one of the most widely recognised logos amongst web users. The logo has become an icon of video broadcasting, ensuring users the best online experience by either sharing, uploading or viewing millions of videos.
Shape of the YouTube Logo:
The YouTube logo can be divided into two features. The first feature sees ‘You’ written in black whereas ‘Tube’ is bounded by a red rounded rectangle distinguishing it from the first one. The company’s slogan “Broadcast Yourself", can be seen beneath the two logo features.

YouTube has a new thing called YouTube Red this is where YouTube makes original series. These series are a way of promoting their channel.
Three examples of this are Mat Pats Game Lab, PewDiePie’s Scare, PewDiePie Challenge and Lazer Team. People are likely to watch these shows because they are made by already famous YouTubers, meaning that regular viewers of these channels will watch the show.
The difference between these shows it that Mat Pats Game Lab is bringing his YouTube channel in to real life. His channel analyses game physics by applying real world sciences to them. And the Scare PewDiePie channel is making PewDiePie play through real life horror maps. I haven’t seen the Laser Team show but Rooster Teeth will probably base it around a game like their channel.
What makes these channels unique to YouTube Red is that each episode has to be paid for in order to watch it.After paying to see the episode you can then go back and watch it again without having to pay for it, like adding it to your favourites or something like that.
These link to the mission statement by being fast and easily accessible. YouTube’s mission is to provide fast and easy video access and the ability to share videos frequently.
The inspiration that I will take from YouTube for my own company is the fact that those who use YouTube can put out a new and unique video every day if they choose to do so.

Print screens of the process
Mission statement for my production company.
The mission of my company is to spread a wide, new, fresh and UNDISCOVERED type of production to the world.
Final product
Deconstruction of my logo.

I tried to make the words look like they were broken in to the stone as it would add effect to the UNDISCOVERED vibe.
The background is a green colour to make it look like there is a forest behind that would work in direct correlation with the leaves.
The leaves add to the forest feeling and makes the undiscovered part more like it is true. The logo is meant to look like a special stone has been found.
This is a reference to a site with the definition of the word undiscovered.
