UNIT 6

Meeting minutes.
Week one: the dance group came in to our classroom and went over what they had already come up with. We then split up in to smaller groups and then we went over potential ides for the finale project. We discussed locations and actions and story line.
Week two: for the second week wee went to their dance studio and we listened to the ides that they had come up with since our last meeting. They had come up with the idea of having the story told with Polaroid photos. And that in each photo there would be a different couple and that the characters would walk from photo to photo.
Week three: for this week we were given the lines for the song that they ha prepared for us then they played to us so we could get a feel for the kind of story we were working with. They then said that they had changed their idea about the Polaroid photo story and said that the just wanted different locations.
Week four: We went to the dance studio and watch the dancers do the chorus of the song while we took practice shots to see what would work well. We took lots of different shots from lots of different angles. This allowed us to get a good feel for how there story flowed.
Recording days.
Day one: For the first day we went to king George's Park and took shots of the chores and tow couple dance to make the most out of this the team split in to two groups one for each couple. The couples consisted of 3 girls and 4 girls.
Day two: we went to the blue wall to record a couple’s dance; we later went back to the TV studio to re-record the chorus. For all of the sense the dancers were wearing specific colors for a nice contrast in the video.
Day three: On the third day we were filming a chorus scene in our college theatre and a few small 'realtionship' scenes.

Ideas
The main thing was they will dance on the video.
I did then my own researches and looked up on some existing music videos. I ended up with Taylor Swift: Shake it off.
The second thing is that they wanted to have singing shown in the video so I came up with this.
